You can make your reservation by emailing ubytovani@penzion-kilian.cz. Both of our apartments allow children under 3 years old to stay for free. Pets are also welcome for a fee of 300 CZK per night, with a maximum charge of 900 CZK for the entire stay.

The fully equipped Prenet apartment is located in a modern building right in the heart of Kvilda, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot on the edge of a meadow.
Whether you're visiting as a couple or with the whole family, you'll have everything you need. The apartment features two separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, satellite TV, and full Wi-Fi coverage. We've also provided board games, books about the Šumava region, and maps of the surrounding area. Feel free to bring your bikes, skis, or sleds – there's a dedicated bike/ski room for storage.
Families with young children will appreciate the bathroom stool, immersion blender for making porridge, a Remoska oven, and even a foldable drying rack in case the weather isn't on your side.
Children can enjoy the play corner in the common room or have fun on the playground right next to the property. You can keep an eye on them from the outdoor patio while sipping coffee or enjoying treats from the nearby pastry shop or bakery.
After a long day of hiking, relax and unwind at our wellness center, which features a self-service sauna and a peaceful relaxation room.
Everything is set up for you to fully enjoy your stay and, as they say, "recharge your batteries" :-).

Discover Šumava from the comfort of our apartment in Zadov. Ideally located between the two largest ski slopes in the area, Kobyla and Churanov, our apartment is the perfect base for both winter and summer adventures. In the warmer months, you'll love the numerous hiking trails that start right behind the house.
What can you expect? A fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment with a spacious balcony, a well-stocked kitchenette, high ceilings, and a cozy loft sleeping area with lowered ceiling. It's perfect for couples but can comfortably accommodate three or four people with its 40m² of space. Check our photo galery.
You can sleep either on the very comfortable sofa bed downstairs or in the spacious 14m² loft upstairs.
On the south-facing balcony, enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful views of the wooded Zadov valley and the surrounding hills, all while soaking up the sunshine.
Feel free to bring your bikes, skis, or sleds – there's a dedicated bike/ski room for storage. The hiking trails are right next to the property, and in winter, you can easily slip on your skis and head straight down the slope, just steps from the door.
